Grahame P. Richards, Ill is one of five founding partners who formed Mosaic Wealth Solutions. Serving as a private wealth advisor with 22 years of experience, he says, "My mission is to grow and preserve client assets while managing tax liability, and help people navigate through all that retirement entails." Grahame focuses on income strategies, estate planning and managing sometimes-difficult interpersonal family dynamics when it comes to money.

He is proud of the trust clients place in him and he doesn't take it lightly. "My goal is to be an essential partner to my clients and their families. Frequent client education, explanation and strategizing makes for a less risky investment experience devoid of emotional decision-making," he says.

He has a bachelors degree in business management from York College of Pennsylvania and is a designated Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). An active member of Neighbors Helping Neighbors of Scottsdale, he also volunteers with The Foundation for Blind Children. Grahame is married, and he and wife Katie have a daughter, Sophia. He enjoys playing baseball and riding motorcycles.
